These Terms & Conditions explain how you may use this website. By using the website, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. What this website is

This website is a presentation of the SmrtStats football analytics product. It tells you what the product does and lets you ask for a demo. It is not a store, and you cannot buy anything here. Nothing on this website is an offer that binds SmrtStats, and any future service is governed by a separate written agreement.

3. Booking a demo and the data you send us

If you fill in a form on this website, you send us your details of your own free will. You do not have to, and you can choose not to.

We use these details only to answer you and to arrange a meeting or demo. We do not sell them, we do not share them for advertising, and we do not use them for anything else. More information is in our Privacy Policy.

Please give us only information that is true and that you are allowed to share. Do not send us sensitive personal data (for example health data) or data about other people.

4. Cookies

Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser. This website tries to use as few as possible.

  • Necessary storage. Some small pieces of data may be stored in your browser so the website can work, for example to remember a choice you made on a page. The website does not work properly without them.

Product descriptions, features and screenshots are examples. They may change, and some features may not yet be available to everyone. We try to keep the website accurate and up to date, but we do not promise that it is complete or free of mistakes.

The website may link to other websites, for example WhatsApp. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.

To the fullest extent allowed by applicable laws, SmrtStats is not responsible for any loss or damage that comes from using, or not being able to use, this website, including indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of data. Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility that cannot be limited under applicable laws.

To the extent allowed by applicable laws, you are responsible for any loss that SmrtStats suffers because you broke these terms or used the website unlawfully.

We may change, pause or stop any part of the website at any time. We may also update these terms. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. If you keep using the website after a change, you accept the new terms.

13. Applicable laws and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws that apply to SmrtStats and to the dispute. If a problem comes up, please contact us first at stevan.stanojevic@smrtstats.com and we will try to solve it in good faith. If one part of these terms is found invalid, the other parts stay in force.
